Rated 5 out of 5 by Pat H from Safer than the Digital Edition I chose the combination model because I see on Youtube the Digital Model can be opened with a strong magnet that will releases the solenoid. I realized any safe can be open but it's how hard can you make it for the thief.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sharma from Faulty safe I hate this safe. I can not lock it or unlock it from the time I got it. I have made several calls in between Mon-friday 9-5 pm Central standard time. They won't let me connect. Today finally I got to talk with someone, she took the serial number of safe from me. Asked me to hold and ran away. I was on hold before connecting for 20 and 30 minutes after. I emailed them the problem days ago too. Attached are pictures of my problem.

There are the slots for adjusting a shelf but there was none in the box with it ! Is it supposed to come with a shelf and it was just not put in when the unit was boxed ? Had there been a shelf , considering there are the slots in order to adjust one , the safe would have been perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MKR70 from Decent for the price with room for improvement The safe was reduced in cost the day I went in to purchase it. It's heavy so it won't be hauled away by someone. The interior size is great as I can put all of my valuables and camera equipment. It's fire and water proof and comes with a guarantee. The downside is that dial and handle are plastic and feel kind of cheap. I worry if there ever were a fire, how one could open the safe if they were melted. Also the interior shelf is additional in cost and I would think it could be included in the safe price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CHCC from Rigid quality It provides the level of security that I was looking for. The overall quality is quite good and it's pretty solid. The downside is that it doesn't come with lockdown bolt kit and an interior tray, which add burden and additional time to source/purchase.
